Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting, browsing, accessing, or purchasing through the ToolMotion website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on the website. These Terms apply to visitors, customers, purchasers, and any person who submits content or communicates through the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order. Your continued use of ToolMotion following an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Product Information and Availability

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily confirm final acceptance. ToolMotion may review payment, inventory, customer information, delivery details, product limits, and suspected fraud before accepting an order.

We may cancel, limit, or decline an order when a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery restrictions apply, or the order appears unauthorized or abusive.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timing.

Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without prior notice. Taxes, duties, government charges, or other required fees may apply depending on the order and delivery location.

• Email subscribers may receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount after a successful subscription.
• Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount while an eligible promotion is active.
• Promotions may not be combined unless the checkout process expressly permits combination.
• Discounts have no cash value and may be adjusted, paused, or withdrawn where permitted by law.

If a pricing or promotional error is discovered before fulfillment, ToolMotion may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

Payments and Verification

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. By submitting payment details, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Payment authorization may be delayed or declined by a bank, card issuer, payment provider, fraud prevention system, or legal restriction. ToolMotion is not responsible for delays caused solely by an independent payment provider.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify an order, confirm identity, or protect against unauthorized transactions.

Shipping and Delivery

ToolMotion offers free shipping on all products unless a different condition is clearly displayed before checkout. Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days after processing and shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, transportation interruptions, address issues, security reviews, government action, holidays, or other events outside reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, inaccessible location, or repeated delivery failure may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, subject to the condition, eligibility requirements, and instructions communicated by ToolMotion. Customers should request authorization before returning any item.

Products should be returned with included parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and other supplied components when reasonably possible. Products that have been materially altered, misused, damaged through improper installation, or used contrary to instructions may not qualify for a full remedy.

Refund timing depends on inspection, approval, the original payment method, and processing by financial institutions.

Tool Use, Installation, and Safety

Automotive tools and workshop equipment may involve electrical systems, pressurized systems, elevated vehicles, suspended loads, moving components, high temperatures, sharp edges, fuel, chemicals, and other hazards.

By purchasing or using a product, you agree to:

• Read and follow all instructions, warnings, labels, specifications, and load ratings.
• Use suitable personal protective equipment and maintain a safe working environment.
• Confirm that diagnostic tools and testers are compatible with the vehicle and system being tested.
• Use jacks, stands, hoists, compressors, torque tools, and lifting equipment only within rated limits.
• Seek qualified professional assistance when a task exceeds your training, equipment, or experience.
• Inspect tools before use and discontinue use if damage, abnormal operation, or excessive wear is identified.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, its content, or any purchased product for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer information, or connected systems.
• Introducing malicious code, automated attacks, scraping systems, or disruptive technology.
• Submitting false billing, delivery, account, review, or identity information.
